The ground floor property offers a modern and spacious layout with a light and warm open plan living room featuring a stylish L-shaped leather sofa with coffee table and a flat screen Sat TV with DVD player for guests’ entertainment.
A newly fitted kitchen offering all the desired appliances including a dishwasher and a dining area which sits up to 6 comfortably also features. From the tiled living room French doors lead out onto a fantastic sunny terrace and garden which offers a panoramic view of the mountains and lake and is an idyllic spot to relax with an olive grove and other Mediterranean plants and shrubs. Guests can unwind on the sun-loungers and enjoy the marvellous vista or enjoy a BBQ and dine Alfresco in the evenings, as the sun sets romantically over the dramatic mountain tops and provides a memorable end to the perfect day on Lake Como!
The sleeping accommodation inside the property is ideal for groups and couples, with 3 luxurious double bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom features direct access out onto the lake view terrace and garden, and lake views can also be enjoyed from the second bedroom. All rooms are spacious and are comfortably furnished with a lovely and distinctive blend of antique wardrobes with stylish modern beds and warm interior colours, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
There are two modern shower rooms in the property and including a washing machine for guest’s convenience.
The lakeside village of Mezzegra is located along the central western lakefront of Lake Como and is ideally situated for guests to explore the famous attractions by car.
A 5 minute’s drive takes guests to the centre of the village which offers a family friendly bar serving freshly made ice-cream and pastries. The village also offers a grocery shop, two supermarkets, a very good local bakery, a lakefront restaurant and a sunny children’s park.
The historical lakeside town of Lenno offers a wider choice of local amenities as well as a very picturesque promenade and the Lido di Lenno with its sandy beach, fabulous restaurant and bar popular in the evenings by locals, visitors and the fashionable milanese. The famous Villa del Balbianello is situated on the other side of the bay of Lenno and can be reached easily by taxi boat or by foot.
The busy town of Tremezzo is also just a 5 minute’s drive away and features a wide selection of bars and restaurants as well as a wonderful lakefront park and a useful passenger ferry service. The northern scenic lake view road leads to the famous Villa Carlotta with its beautiful botanical gardens, the car and passenger ferry port of Cadenabbia, and the golden triangle resort town of Menaggio which offers boutique shops, vibrant piazzas with cafes and restaurants and picturesque lakefront walks.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
