To the ground floor of the luxury duplex apartment a spacious and modern open plan living area greets guests, with a very stylish and fully-fitted kitchen with coffee maker and dishwasher. A dining area also features in the bright open plan space and steps lead down to a spacious contemporary living area, providing guests with the ideal place to relax, with stylish and comfortable leather sofas, Sat TV with DVD player and providing direct access out onto a private sunny terrace.
The apartment also benefits from Wireless Internet Access throughout, perfect if you need to keep in touch with the office!
The panoramic views are unrivalled from the covered terrace and boast some of the most famous of Lake Como sights - the ‘Pearl of the Lake’ known as Bellagio and to the south, the picturesque Bay of Lenno which is the setting for Villa del Balbianello. The dramatic and wild mountains provide the perfect backdrop to these panoramic lake views and will surly inspire holiday guests whilst they relax on the veranda with a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evenings.
Sleeping accommodation also features on the ground floor, with a stylish double bedroom with king size bed and a very pretty and charming second bedroom with two twin single beds.
A modern bathroom with bath tub and separate shower is also situated close to the bedrooms on this floor.
In the property tiled steps lead to the lower ground floor, which provides guests with a third contemporary bedroom with king size bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom. There is also a full sized football table (fuss ball) for your enjoyment.

Here guests will find a selection of supermarkets, a very good bakery, bar with fresh ice-cream and pastries and a selection of restaurants. A park ideal for children can also be enjoyed.
The charming town of Lenno which features a very pretty promenade, a variety of cafes and night-time bars and not forgetting the famous Villa del Balbianello is located next to town of Mezzegra, and the famous hotelier town of Tremezzo with its wide array of cafes, view points, the famous visitor attraction of Villa Carlotta and its useful Ferry service is also situated next to Mezzegra, and can be reached easily by car.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
