From the living room French doors open out onto a sunny private garden where guests can enjoy sunbathing on the sun loungers whilst taking in the breathtaking views over the surrounding hillside and lake.

From the hillside village of Perledo guests can easily reach Bellano and Varenna within minutes by car. Bellano is a bustling lakefront town offering a wide range of amenities and a sailing school and the famous resort town of Varenna makes for the perfect day trip! The famous attractions of Villa Monastero and the medieval Castello di Vezio are located here and guests can also explore the pretty medieval quarter which leads on cobbled streets past incredible vistas to a cafe-lined piazza, boutique shops, a variety of lakefront restaurants and along to the romantic promenade which leads to the car and passenger ferry port.
The ferry takes visitors to the other famous golden triangle towns of Bellagio which is popular for shopping, the resort town of Cadenabbia; the gateway to the Tremezzina shore with its cafe, restaurants and famous villa attractions and to the pretty resort town of Menaggio which provides an idyllic promenade, family friendly Lido, routes to Lake Lugano and the famous Menaggio & Cadenbbia Golf Club.
Central lake activities include swimming, hiking, cycling, sailing, boat hire, canoeing, wind surfing, kite surfing, horse riding, quad biking, paragliding, golf and tennis; guests will not be bored!
Skiing can also be enjoyed in the nearby Ski resorts of Madesimo and St Moritz.
Varenna also boasts a train station with a Lecco-Milan service to Milan city providing a feast of cosmopolitan delights for guests to enjoy including the famous ‘Duomo’, the Vittorio Emmanuele shopping arcade, Leonardo di Vinci’s Last supper fresco in Santa Maria Delle Grazia and Castello Sforzesco with the surrounding Sempione park to explore and enjoy.
