A spacious and welcoming open plan living room is furnished to chic romantic finish with crisp white sofas and a flat screen TV for guests’ entertainment, with a fabulous fireplace for added ambience. There is direct access from the living area to a sunny private balcony which features romantic classical stone balustrades and boasts incredible lake view alfresco dining opportunities!
From the living room a family-friendly dining area with a separate fully equipped kitchen is situated. The beautiful bespoke kitchen provides all the desired appliances for preparing delicious homemade holiday meals during your stay with a gas hob oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
The flexibility of a self-catering stay can also be enjoyed with a wide range of authentic restaurants and a selection of very good pizzerias all easily accessible by car from the central lake village of San Siro.
The accommodation is also beautifully finished and versatile making it ideal for families, groups and couples travelling together with two spacious double bedrooms and a single bed for accommodating additional guests.
The gorgeous townhouse is complete with two newly fitted spacious bathrooms with power showers, wash basin, WC, bidet and a washing machine for guests’ convenience during their stay.
From the secluded holiday home the peaceful village idyll, lake views and natural surrounding can be enjoyed, with ancient mule tracks leading directly outside the holiday home to some breathtaking mountainside walks ideal for hiking and summer picnics!
San Siro is easily accessible by car and a wide selection of amenities and attractions are within easy reach along the central lake.
A family friendly Lido with swimming pools, beach and volleyball is located in nearby Menaggio, a famous resort town with a wealth of shops, charming cafes and beautiful vistas. A car and passenger ferry service operates a service from the town to the other famous lakefront resorts of Bellagio, Varenna and Cadenabbia, with fast services to Como city also.
The other attractions to enjoy include Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello, the annual summer festivals and rich history and scenery which makes this destination perfect for hiking and enjoying extreme sports. Activities include tennis, swimming, power boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, quad biking, paragliding, canoeing, skiing and golf.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
