Situated in a newly refurbished residence overlooking the charming harbour at Cremia and with far reaching views of the beautiful Lake Como, this apartment is close to a wide choice of activities and is perfect for couples travelling together.
The apartment can be reached by inner stairwell or conveniently by lift and once inside guests can enjoy a bright and spacious open plan living room with a comfortable sitting area with TV and music stereo for guests’ entertainment, with beautiful lake views to enjoy. A dining area is situated by the modern newly fitted kitchen, which is very well equipped for a self-catering stay with a gas oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher.
The accommodation is ideal for couples, with two spacious contemporary style double bedrooms. A contemporary newly fitted bathroom with all the desired sanitary ware including a washing machine also features in the apartment.
From the residence guests can walk past the pretty harbour side to the lakefront of Cremia which features a cafe, a choice of bars and ‘La Baia’ which is an excellent local Pizzeria and fish restaurant, offering lake views and an authentic dining experience. Guests can enjoy kite-surfing or alternatively can relax with a good book on the lovely long sandy beach, and during the summer months can dance until the sun rises over the mountain tops, as the beach is often the venue for some fun music nights!
Menaggio is just a 17 minute’s drive away from Cremia and is a picturesque place to spend the day with a wide choice of boutique shops, delicatessens, supermarkets and picturesque café lined piazzas. There is also a wide choice of restaurants for those wishing to dine out and a fabulous Lido to enjoy a daytime swim, alfresco meal or even an evening cocktail at its fashionable outdoors lakefront lounge.
A car and passenger ferry runs from the town to the other golden triangle towns of Varenna and Bellagio which are also beautiful towns to visit and enjoy.
Along the western shore visitors can explore the gardens at Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello, play a round of golf at the world famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, enjoy an aperitif at the ‘Cantina Follie’ in Tremezzo, walk up to the San Martino church above Griante for the spectacular views and relax at the end of a long day’s sightseeing in the luxury Lenno ‘Dolce Aqua’ spa.
Other exciting local activities include tennis, hiking, cycling, boat rental, chartered yacht rental, kite-surfing, swimming, kayaking and quad bike tours.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
