Reached from the shopping boulevard by an original wooden door and an easy flight of stone steps the apartment can be found on the first floor. A spacious and very stylish open plan living room with wooden flooring provides an informal layout ideal for relaxed holiday living, with a very comfortable L-shaped seating area with a flat screen TV, contemporary dining area and a beautiful feature fireplace. A large window allows streams of light to pour into the living space and provides views over charming Italian terracotta rooftops.
From the living area a newly fitted modernist kitchen provides all the desired appliances for a comfortable self-catering stay including oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. Guests can also choose to eat out and enjoy a continental breakfast in one of the many charming cafes which line the piazza, or dine in the evenings at one of the many local pizzerias and fine local and easily accessible Italian restaurants which can be conveniently reached by foot, bus or ferry.
The sleeping accommodation is very flexible and is ideal for a party of 2 – 4 guests with a large stylish master bedroom providing high ceilings, fitted wardrobe space, character window and a set of twin beds which can be separated or joined to sleep a couple, if needed. An open mansard level overlooking the living room and reached by a flight of open stairs provides an ideal second sleeping area for additional guests and comprises two single beds and a useful storage area for luggage.
