Enjoy staying in this very stylish studio apartment in the village of Laglio just 100m from the lake, within a contemporary luxury gated development known as Regina Residence which has spectacular views of the lake and mountains beyond.
This apartment boasts lift access from the basement level car park as well as secure bike storage. The apartment is on the ground level of this newly renovated landmark metal mill, making it ideal for guests of all ages.
The Studio's accommodation consists of an open plan living with satellite TV and dining area, leading to its sunny patio and garden. A fully equipped kitchenette. A contemporary bathroom, unusually for a studio; it has both a bath and shower.
The Studio also has Wi-Fi and x2 mountain bikes which are available to guests free of charge.
There are several typical Italian restaurants on this romantic lakeside all within easy walking distance of ‘Regina Residence’ the nearest being Osteria Vecchio Molo which specialises in fish including Perch and Laverello, just 500m away. You might on the off chance also be lucky enough to spot Laglio’s most famous resident, George Clooney!
From Laglio, Como city is just a 20 minute’s drive away and offers a wide variety of high street and boutique shops, cafes, Restaurants, parks, cinema, museums and the beautiful Duomo.
The famous Vista D’Este Golf Club in Cernobbio is also just a 5 minute’s drive away.
Laglio is a peaceful village being one of only four on the western side of the Lake to be bye passed, it has a bus service (schedule varies with each season), hiring a car is advisable so that you can make the most of your stay in this wonderful gem on Lake Como! The local ferry service is a great way of getting around from Moltrasio, Argegno or in peak period from nearby Carate Urio to the many other villages & towns up & down the lake.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Regina Studio has unlimited use of Wi-Fi (signal & connectivity is not guaranteed) which is included in the rent for the apartment as is the use of x2 mountain bikes.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
