A second bedroom is situated to the back of the property and is ideal for children with a set of modern bunk beds. The newly fitted contemporary bathroom is perfectly laid out with a wash basin, power shower room, WC and bidet.
Conveniently placed in the beautiful residence is a private garage for guests own use and a shared sunny outdoor swimming pool is also perfect for daytime relaxing in between sightseeing.
From the residence the local amenities of Domaso are within easy reach, with the picturesque fishing village now turned dynamic visitor town offering a choice of charming cafes, restaurants, shops, a passenger ferry service and a public beach.
The pretty lakefront town also boasts fantastic water sports facilities and boat rental services, with wind surfing providing a popular past time for both visitors and locals. Other activities include hiking and cycling and 25 minutes drive south leads to the central lake activities which include kayaking, quad biking, golf and tennis.
The family friendly Ski resort of Madesimo provides a different day out from Lake Como attractions and activities and is an accessible 65 minute drive away from Domaso.
Self-catering holidays are very popular on Lake Como thanks to the wide variety of grocery shops, delicatessens, inexpensive Pizzerias and fine dining on offer around the lake. Local pizzerias and agro-turismo restaurants are a great choice for families and romantic dinners can be especially enjoyed along the central lake with beautiful lake view restaurants dotted along the Tremezzina shore and in the towns of Bellagio and Varenna.
For a cosmopolitan day trip visitors can reach the Swiss city of Lugano in only 60 minutes by car. Here elegant shopping boulevards and grand piazzas face the mountains and lake of Lugano and provide a fine backdrop for exploring the city, with art galleries, casinos, parks, clubs, delicatessens and designer shops all within easy reach from the centre.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
