This apartment is tastefully decorated throughout with a bright and welcoming open plan living room with wooden flooring, a comfortable double bedroom, Sat TV, dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher.
The living space also features one 'Juliette' balcony and a set of French doors which lead out onto a very charming sunny balcony with seating. The lake and mountain views are spectacular from here and guests can view the famous ‘Villa Gaeta’ which features in the James Bond film, ‘Casino Royale’ as well the working marina of Nobiallo.
The modern bathroom provides guests with a shower and all the desired sanitary-ware including a washing machine for guests’ convenience.
A parking space is also offered with the property, making the 20 minute walk from the property to Menaggio town centre easier and more convenient, if a car is used.
If guests require larger and more adaptable accommodation for friends and family then Properties 82, 263 and 264 are also situated in the same lakefront residence, and can rented together (subject to availability)so as to accommodate upto a party of 12 guests.
On visiting Menaggio, which can be reached easily by car or by walking for 20 minutes along the charming lakefront footpath, guests will find a very picturesque lakefront town with a wide variety of local amenities on offer; including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, delicatessens and boutique shops. Menaggio also boasts a very romantic and scenic promenade, a popular Lido with swimming pools, beach and brewery, and also very good transport links including a bus service and a fast and frequent car and passenger ferry service, which operates the popular ‘Golden Triangle’ resort town’s route of Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna, and also to other lakeside towns including Cadenabbia and Tremezzo, where Villa Carlotta is situated, and also to the cosmopolitan capital of Como city, which is situated to the south of the lake.
