The apartment has a small private garden with panoramic lake views and a path with direct access to the sunny shared swimming pool with stunning lake and mountain views.
The exclusive residence provides a private garage for guests and a shared outdoor swimming pool is perfect for daytime relaxing in between Lake Como activities and sightseeing.

The village of Vercana offers a small grocery store, bakery and a panoramic restaurant with a wood burning pizza oven. There is also easy access to local beaches and Water Sport centres. Vercana also provides a great starting point for mountain bike and hiking tours.
A footpath in Vercana leads to Domaso (1.4 km) and enjoys beautiful views of the lake whilst also leading to more restaurants.
In Domaso’s centre you will discover a quaint working harbour, shops, bakeries and restaurants. The town also offers a convenient ferry and hydrofoil service, providing connections to other attractive and fascinating towns and villages which are stretched out along the shores of Lake Como.
Skiing is close by - Madesimo is only an hours drive away and St,Moritz a little bit further.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
