The duplex property comprises a fabulous open plan room which is ideal for family gatherings with a comfortable seating area with TV, a newly fitted modern kitchen and a stylish dining area perfect for a relaxed and informal self-catering stay. WIFI access is available throughout. French doors lead out onto a fabulous sunny balcony which provides an idyllic alfresco dining area, with lake and mountain views framed romantically by its stone archway.
A modern WC is conveniently situated to this floor and steps lead to the upper floor of the property which comprises the principal sleeping accommodation.

Due to the elevated position of this hillside residence a car is advised for the principal mode of transport to ensure you and your guests can conveniently access and explore the many amenities and attractions that Lake Como has to offer.
Vercana is a pretty northern lake resort town boasting a wealth of charm and amenities including shops, cafes, restaurants, a tree lined promenade, a public beach and beautiful scenery!
Nearby Domaso offers fun ways of exploring the Lake, from power boat hire, chartered yacht hire to cycle hire and other activities, the choice is yours! Swimming, wind surfing, hiking and skiing can also be enjoyed.
The bustling resort town of Gravedona can also be reached by car in just under 10 minutes and makes for a fascinating place to visit, with its medieval streets lined with boutique shops and its magnificent panoramic lake view promenade with period architecture to marvel at. The town also plays host each year to fabulous food festivals, regattas and firework displays. Transport links are good with a main western shore lake road, a regular bus service and northern lake ferry services.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
