Leading off from the living room is a stunning newly fitted contemporary kitchen which offers all the desired appliances for a very comfortable self catering holiday, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The luxurious sleeping accommodation is extremely generous for medium-large parties, and comprises of 6 Double Bedrooms; sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably. The facilities are also extremely generous and luxurious with 6 en-suite bathrooms and a seventh communal bathroom.

By special arrangement a chartered yacht may be hired from the marina so that you and your guests can explore the Lake’s famous lakefront villas, gardens and towns and enjoy a private tour with champagne and aperitifs!
The pretty lakeside village of Nobiallo is conveniently located just a 5 minute’s drive north of the famous lakeside resort town of Menaggio which provides a wide choice of amenities including supermarkets, delicatessens, cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique designer shops. A popular and newly refurbished Lido with beach, swimming pools, volley ball, cocktail bar and pizzeria can be enjoyed during the warm summer months and a frequent car and passenger ferry operate from the town taking visitors to the golden triangle towns of Bellagio, Varenna and also to Cadenabbia, Tremezzo and Como city.
Tennis courts are situated in the Menaggio hillside town of Loveno and the world famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is also situated very nearby on the Menaggio hillside. The famous Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello are also both situated very nearby and are well worth a visit. The lake also offers many other activities including sailing, kite surfing, hiking, bike riding, golf, a jungle adventure park and it is also possible to take a boat plane ride or even paraglide!
In the evenings guests can try a cocktail in Menaggio’s lakefront cocktail bar lounge or try wine tasting in the historical wine cellars of Cantina Follie in Tremezzo before going to the Lido di Lenno to dance the night away with the locals and the Milanese. There are also some outstanding restaurants on the Lake including the lakefront ‘La Darsena’ in Tremezzo, the authentic agriturismo restaurants of ‘La Fagurida’ in Tremezzo and ‘La Barcola’ near Porlezza, ‘La Baia’ Pizzeria in Cremia and the sophisticated ‘Il Gatto Nero’ in Cernobbio.
