The internal accommodation suits families and benefits from a sitting room furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and balcony access, a separate dining area with access through French doors to a fabulous roof terrace. Here guests fully enjoy the breathtaking views of the central lake and the famous Bellagio peninsular. Sun loungers are provided for guests’ relaxation and an alfresco dining area is the perfect way to spend a family meal here during your stay!
A fully fitted kitchen provides guests with all the desired appliances including a gas hob, oven, toaster and dishwasher. A grocery shop and bakery is situated nearby and also the local restaurants of Fiumelatte and Varenna also provide you and your guests with many options for dining out during your stay, from local Pizzerias to fine lakefront dining - the choice is yours!
As well as the lake view balcony and roof terrace the property also features a third balcony terrace to the back of the property, which is furnished with outdoor dining area and provides lovely views of the surrounding semi-rural hillside.
The sleeping accommodation is ideal for small groups and families of up to 5 with a spacious master bedroom furnished with double bed and a second bedroom furnished with a set of bunk beds ideal for younger guests staying in the holiday property. The sofa bed to the living room can also be adapted into a single bed if required during your stay.

From the property public parking is situated just to the lakefront and a frequent bus service and train service also very conveniently operate from the town to Varenna and Milan.
The pretty and charming village of Fiumelatte also features a selection of other amenities including a fabulous local bakery, a grocery shop and a delicious Italian restaurant.
Just 5 minute’s drive away guests can enjoy the popular lakeside beach and the lakefront cafes and restaurants of Lierna.
Varenna is arguably one of the most romantic of Lake Como towns and is just a 5 minute’s walk away! Guests will pass the famous Villa Monastero and gardens attraction along the way towards Varenna’s medieval centre. The main cafe-lined cobbled piazza leads to a variety of local shops, boutique shops and down charming passageways past wine bars, hidden lake vistas, romantic lakefront cafes and restaurants towards the idyllic promenade walk which leads visitor on foot to the more widespread later part of Varenna where guests will find fine villas, the hiking trail to the famous Castello di Vezio and a frequent car and passenger ferry port with a service to Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
