Situated in a beautiful location with the stunning mountain scenery and slopes in view, this lovely holiday home provides the ideal restful retreat for guests after an action-packed day of skiing.
The first floor property provides a spacious open plan living and dining area with comfortable sofa, SAT flat screen TV and WiFi for guest’s entertainment and a modern dining area looking out the mountains beyond.
The double aspect French doors open out onto a sunny balcony which can be enjoyed by guests during the summer months during an evening aperitif in the evenings as the sun sets.
A fully equipped kitchen provides all the desired appliances including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, making this a truly comfortable home-from-home stay.
Guests can enjoy the spacious sleeping accommodation which is flexible and ideal for families, a master bedroom is furnished with two joinable single beds and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A double size sofa bed to the living area also allows for additional guests during your stay and a modern bathroom with power shower and overhead shower completes the internal accommodation.
The residence conveniently offers a heated Ski boot room as well as a private parking space for guest’s own use during their stay.
Livigno boasts some impressive ski runs ideal for all abilities and especially for intermediate skiers. The snow board park is considered one of the best in Europe and the Resort provides everything you could wish for in your Ski holiday, from the largest selection of bars and resultants than any other ski resort in the world, to a wellness fitness centre with Spa and tax free shopping with fabulous discounts of designer outdoor clothing and equipment.
The resort also boasts a great choice of activities from mountain biking, hiking, dog sledding, ice climbing, quad biking, horse riding and tree top climbing at the Larix Adventure Park.
Nearby day excursions include an unforgettable train ride on the panoramic Bernina Express train and a visit to the world famous resort of St Moritz.
Please note due to high demand the property is only available from Saturday-Saturday in the winter period. The following local service charges apply: €200 from 26th November- 5th May and €140 from 6th May - 24th November.

For all our self-catering properties in Livigno, a mandatory Service Charge is to be paid locally on your arrival. The charge includes final cleaning, bed linen & towels for all guests, heating, electricity & water together with the Privilege Card, which is also included. The weekly service charge will be €200 if staying between 26th Nov - 5th May and €140 between 6th May - 25th November. During the winter period, the property will only be available to book from Saturday to Saturday.
The Privilege Card offers great deals & early booking opportunities for ski-passes(no queuing), ski schools & equipment rentals (free delivery to your apartment). It also offers guaranteed discounts at selected restaurants & shops plus The Wellness Centre and other activities mentioned in our brochure.
Marco, our local representative, will be there to greet you for check in, show you to your apartment, provide you with your equipment and ski pass and brief you on all the activities available to you in Livigno.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
