The modernist property is situated to one of the terraced lawn levels which make the residence so contemporary and understated in design, concealing it into the natural surrounding landscape and providing a peaceful place to relax and unwind from the world.
Guests can enjoy lateral living with beautiful under floor heated throughout and breathtaking lake views to the main reception rooms and the principal bedrooms.
A very comfortable open plan L-shaped living area provides guests with the perfect indoor space for entertaining and unwinding with two sitting areas with pretty white French-style furniture and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door with views of the private garden and of the incredible unspoilt eastern shore.
A beautiful bespoke fitted marble top kitchen is situated next to the stylish circular dining area which features a merino glass chandelier above for an elegant Italian touch. Sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors are also situated to the kitchen and guests can easily step out to the spacious covered alfresco dining area which overlooks the lake and provides the idyllic spot for memorable dinner parties! The large sunny lawn is also ideal for reading a book and enjoying a morning coffee by the sunny lake and pool-view breakfast area.
The accommodation ideally suits medium-sized groups with three luxurious style double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms boast direct lake views and all are fitted to a high standard with stylish touches to provide added comfort including solid wooden double beds and fitted wardrobes.

From the property the shared outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and poolside shower are all easily accessible down a flight of stone steps. A wide choice of restaurants can all be found within 10-15 minutes of the property, from the charming Agroturismo of ‘La Barcola’ to the authentic Pizzerias and romantic lakefront restaurants of Menaggio and the Tremezzina shore; guests will be spoiled for choice!
The main road to Menaggio and Lugano is conveniently located nearby and guests can enjoy the full range of amenities in Menaggio which include supermarkets, delicatessens, boutique shops, cafe lined piazzas and an idyllic lakefront promenade and popular Lido with cocktail bar. A car and passenger ferry service to Varenna, Bellagio and Como also runs from the town and the air-conditioned lake bus also provides convenient public transport during your stay.
