The villa sits in a sunny lake view garden overlooking the Bellagio peninsular with far reaching views to the northern mountain of Lake Como. The inside of the villa is spacious, bright and welcoming with luxurious air-conditioned accommodation situated over three floors and facilities which will provide a fun filled holiday for guests of all ages!
To the ground floor of the villa is a fabulous contemporary style living room with two comfortable sofas providing a lovely place to relax and unwind with a flat screen SAT TV with DVD player a HIFI music player. The splendid lake view portico terrace provides an additional outdoors living room with wicker sofas and is the perfect place to enjoy a good book and glass of wine.
Also to the ground floor a beautiful fully fitted kitchen provides all the desired appliances to cater for a self-catering stay, including a gas oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher. A breakfast table is provided for relaxed meals and a stunning dining area to the portico terrace outside provides a wonderful lake view venue for alfresco dinner parties.
To the basement of the villa guests will find a splendid fully stocked wine cellar with cups and accessories for wine tasting providing a great place to enjoy adult only aperitifs before dinner!
A gym with weights, exercise machines and a sauna provide a great place to keep fit, burn off steam and relax after a busy day of sightseeing! A modern bathroom is conveniently situated to this floor also as well as a games room with a foosball table and games console.
From the living room a wooden staircase leads guests to the upper floor where four luxurious bedroom suites await!
The master bedroom suite is beautifully furnished with a full height sloping chalet style ceiling which creates an added romance to the pretty double bed and modern en-suite bathroom. The master also enjoys a private balcony with outstanding lake views to leave you both inspired and speechless.
An elegant second double bedroom suite is ideal for another couple and is very spacious and stylish with a modern en-suite bathroom.
Two further very pretty and comfortable bedrooms feature, both with twin single beds and very adaptable to accommodate single guests or couples. A fourth bathroom is provided for guests as well as laundry facilities which include a washing machine and tumble dryer.
