The stunning living area is furnished two beautiful armchairs, a wall mounted flat screen SAT TV and DVD player perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Guests can enjoy a fabulous informal holiday experience with the beautiful open plan kitchen perfect for preparing delicious dinner parties during your stay. The stainless steel island and preparation area enjoys lake views and features a gas hob, floating glass hob, double sink and all the desired appliances and utensils.
Alfresco dining can be enjoyed to the peaceful sunny private balcony which is situated to the back of the property overlooking the private garden which can also be enjoyed with sun loungers for relaxing and palm trees framing the hillside view.
From the living area a striking curved modernist staircase leads guests to the spacious mansard double bedroom which is set under a romantic high beamed sloping ceiling.
A stylish study area and a fabulous walk in wardrobe are also provided for guests’ convenience. A newly fitted contemporary luxury bathroom with striking tiling and chrome washbasin and vanity area also boasts a fantastic walk-in power shower for couples.
From the property guests can enjoy the popular Tremezzo lakefront which features a wide variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, delicatessens and grocery shops. The newly renovated lakefront public park is the perfect spot for picnics, lake swimming and enjoying aperitifs and alfresco lunches in the stunning boathouse bar, ‘La Aqua Cheta’. The wine bar ‘La Cantina Follie’ is situated in the quiet ancient passageways of Tremezzo and is a wonderful way to spend a romantic evening with a vine-covered terrace, am incredible wine cellar and delicious local cheese and meat platters.
Public parking is providing all along the lakefront and the promenade of Tremezzo leads visitors on foot to the popular Lido and to car and passenger ferry port which operates a route to the famous golden triangle towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio.
The famous Villa Carlotta is also within easy walking distance from the property and the beautiful lakefront town of Lenno is just a 5 minute’s drive away where guests can enjoy the fashionable Lido di Lenno bar, club and beach and also the famous Villa Balbianello, the gem of Lake Como!
Guests can enjoy tennis and powerboat rental in nearby Ossuccio and other central lake activities include sailing, canoeing, wind surfing, kite surfing, hiking, cycling, golf and horse riding.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
