A luxury lakeside villa, situated in the quaint, historical town of Brienno. The property offers stunning lake-views from most of the rooms & balconies in the house and also from the very spacious terrace from where there is direct access to swim in the lake. At the side of the property, you can also enjoy the sight & sound of a small naturally formed waterfall cascading into the lake.
The elegant interior furnishings and design of the property are in a traditional style and laid out over three floors. There are five bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, two living rooms and fully equipped kitchen.
The property is situated just 15 minutes from the beautiful town centre of Como, the lake’s unofficial capital. The very center of the town was once part of the Roman Empire in AD 172 and is still enclosed by a fortified wall. The historic parts of the town hold many precious architectural jewels, including the 14th century Gothic-Renaissance cathedral that took over 350 years to build, the Broletto and other fascinating medieval buildings. Lakeside promenade walks, perfectly formed piazzas, typical Italian cafe lined walkways, boutiques galore as well as the home of The Alessandro Volta's museum (the inventor of electricity back in 1801).
Shoppers will love Como as it is an important center for silk manufacturing both in design and print of the fabrics. Other local specialalities are exclusive Italian fashion lines, leather goods, artwork, and other fine crafts. | |

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
