From the living area there is access onto a sunny Balcony which offers seating to relax and unwind during the daytime. The village of Ossuccio is situated along the central lakes shore and is characterized by its beautiful Bell tower of S. Giacomoo and of S. Maria Maddelena. It offers a variety of delights including lake view Tennis Courts, a Children’s Play area, an authentic Italian Bar, a useful Bank and a fabulous Beach situated opposite the famous Isola Comacina, one of Lombardy’s greatest archaeological treasures, where visitors can take boat rides from the next village along, Comacina, and enjoy a memorable dining experience on the Lake’s only island.
Just 5 minute’s drive away guests can reach the larger village of Lenno which offers a wider variety of amenities including supermarkets, lakeside restaurants, a picturesque promenade, a passenger Ferry service, the Lido di Lenno and the beautiful Villa Balbianello.
Lake Como’s other famous central lake towns are all within an easy 10 minute’s drive away and a Ferry operates regularly from Cadenabbia and Menaggio, taking visitors to the Eastern shores of the Lake, where Varenna and Bellagio await to be explored!

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
