A beautiful stained glass archway leads to the formal dining area which provides the perfect venue for dinner parties. Beautiful furnishings and personal touches here ensure a comfortable home from home standard can be enjoyed by guests.
A spacious separate kitchen provides a fabulous space to prepare delicious meals during your self-catering stay with practical work tops, a full range of appliances and a breakfast table.
To the basement guests can also enjoy use of a bar with an alternative tavern style eating and drinking area with flume style open fireplace, perfect for memorable dinner parties!
The villa offers flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 8 guests with a spacious double bedroom, a French double bedroom (1.4m), a spacious twin bedroom with two single beds benefitting from magnificent floor to ceiling French doors and private use of the romantic garden view balcony, a second twin bedroom with single beds and a vanity table and a fourth single bedroom furnished with a splendid rococo style single bed.
The villa also benefits from 3 spacious bathrooms fitted with a choice of bath tubs and power showers. A washing machine is also provided for guest’s convenience.
Guests fully enjoy the ambience of villa living from the enjoyment in the beautiful landscaped grounds which boasts some fine specimen trees, a sweeping willow, cypress trees and a stately cedar. An outdoor swimming pool also provides the perfect place for cooling down under the Italian sun and guests can enjoy relaxing and unwinding with a good book, painting, alfresco dining, and the list goes on!
The villa provides convenient off street parking and the breathtaking scenic hillside location makes it ideal for hiking and exploring in an unhurried pace during your stay. The famous San Martino trail starts from the village of Griante just 5 minutes away and boasts a spectacular view point and picnic spot for families and groups to enjoy.
The vibrant cafe-lined centre of Tremezzo provides the ideal place for a morning cappuccino and sampling local cuisine. The famous wine bar of ‘La Cantina’ is situated in beautiful ancient cellars in the backwater of Tremezzo, set just off from the main cafes, guests can really experience authentic Italian ‘Aperitifs’ with fabulous meat and cheese selection boards, a wide variety of incredible wines and a romantic vine covered outdoor terrace to enjoy in the summer months. The stunning ‘Aqua Cheta’ boathouse bar is situated in Tremezzo’s beautiful landscaped lakefront park and here guests can enjoy drinks and aperitifs right by the waterside.

The famous attractions of Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello are easily reachable from Tremezzo as is the picturesque resort town of Menaggio and the Cadenabbia car and passenger ferry service to the other famous golden triangle towns of Bellagio and Varenna.
