The lake view kitchen is fully fitted with a gas hob oven, dishwasher and laid with a polished granite floor. A lake view breakfast bar provides a lovely informal place to enjoy a morning coffee and brioche and fabulous ‘alfresco dining’ can be enjoyed on the splendid lake front garden terrace.
The second open plan living and dining area is situated to the garden level ground floor and provides an informal area for relaxing or reading. The sleeping accommodation boasts rooms perfect for guests of all ages and requirements with 5 bedrooms in total with the principal rooms providing lake views and luxury en-suite facilities.
A washing machine is provided in the villa for guests’ convenience and the villa is fully furnished throughout to provide a high quality self-catering stay.
The villa boasts beautifully maintained lakefront grounds with sweeping lawns, sunbathing areas, dining areas and a very unique private harbour with boat mooring facilities and steps leading up. The villa is situated in the tranquil village of Faggeto Lario with local amenities close to hand and just 25 minutes drive from Como city.
Como boasts a wide variety of cosmopolitan delights including vibrant cafe-lined piazzas, restaurants, boutique shops and bars and clubs. The lakefront central park is the perfect place to relax and the attractions of Villa Olmo, the Duomo, Spanish quarter and Funicular railway to Brunate also provide intriguing tourist activities.
The city is highly accessible and two train stations run from Como to Milan and its airports and a modern highway leads to Lugano and the wider Lombardy region.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
