The luxury two storey villa retreat is situated a tranquil and beautiful setting, in the 6000sqm landscaped grounds of the principal villa, which is occupied by the owner.
The guests’ villa enjoys a splendid sunny private terrace with large double French doors opening into a fabulous open plan living room with high beamed ceilings and decorated in splendid tasteful tones and luxury finishes.
A sitting area beautifully furnished to a contemporary country style and featuring sofas which face a charming stone fireplace makes it an ideal place for creating a romantic evening ambience. The pleasant dining area is perfect for up to 6 people and an additional alfresco dining for up to 6 is also provided for guests on the sunny terrace outside.
A separate fully fitted kitchen with polished granite worktops provides a fitting place to prepare meals with a gas hob oven and all the desired appliances, cooking utensils and crockery.
The villa boasts spacious and luxurious sleeping accommodation with three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and the 3rd bathroom has the toilet and basin.
The master bedroom is furnished with a splendid antique four poster bed and features a writing desk and sunny garden views. The second garden view bedroom is also perfect for couples and friends with a double bed which can be twinned and is furnished with comfortable easy chairs and fitted solid wood flooring. The third bedroom is finely furnished with two twin antique beds and a wardrobe with views over the gardens partial views of the principal villa.
A second garden view living room to the first floor also provides an additional place to unwind with a flat screen TV and comfortable sofas.
The villa also comprises two beautifully fitted modern bathrooms with power showers, his and her twin washbasins and a WC and bidet.
Outside the 6000sqm landscaped grounds feature sunny lawns, elegant palm and cypress trees and lush mountain views and can be enjoyed by guests during their stay. A sunny private terrace with alfresco dining area and with benches perfect reading is provided and steps lead away from the villa to the fantastic outdoor swimming pool which is situated in a sunny position with large poolside terrace ideal for sunbathing.
From the fabulous parkland setting guests can reach the many central lake amenities and attractions with ease, from the tennis courts, public swimming area, ATM machine, fishmongers, cafe and boat hire in Ossuccio. A boat taxi service from Sala Comacina takes visitors to the Isola Comacina, Lake Como’s only Island and rich in history, with a modern day dining experience to enjoy. A frequent bus service also runs along the western shore to Menaggio, Porlezza and to Como city.
Nearby attractions include Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and the Tremezzina shore which features splendid vistas of Bellagio and some lovely cafes, restaurants and parks. The Lido di Lenno is ideal for families of all ages with a fabulous sandy beach and a fashionable bar nightclub. The Aqua Cheta boathouse bar and La Cantina wine cellar in Tremezzo are also popular destinations for the evenings and daytime activities include swimming, cycling, tennis, golf, sailing, boat hire and seaplane rides.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
