This Villa offers guests a stunning Living area with comfortable seating, working fireplace, Satellite TV and DVD Player. The separate Dining room can seat upto 10 guests and is perfect for a large dinner party. There is a spacious fully fitted Kitchen also located on this ground floor.
The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious with charming beamed ceilings providing a unique atmosphere to the 5 Double Bedrooms and 5 fully equipped Bathrooms.
Outside a BBQ and eating area allows you to enjoy 'Alfresco' Dining whilst enjoying the sun, lake and mountains. The private Swimming pool is also located in the grounds and is perfect for a morning swim or Pool Party!
The Lakeside town of Lenno offers a rich heritage as well as many local amenities such as Cafe's, Bars, a Ferry and Bus Service, the popular Lido di Lenno Beach and Nightclub and not forgetting the famous Villa Balbianello, which can be approcahed by either walking throught the lush woodland gardens or by taking an enjoyable Taxi Boat ride.
The central Lake location also means that guests can enjoy easy access to the many local attractions and towns on offer, such as Tremezzo which boasts many Cafes, Bars and beautiful Villa Carlotta and Menaggio which offers a variety of Boutique shops and which runs a frequent Ferry Service to the other very attractive Lakeside towns of Bellagio and Varena.
For Golfers the world renowned Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Course is located just a 15 minute's drive from Lenno and boasts some of the most romantic scenery, due to its elevated position over the Lake.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
