This elegant luxury family villa is situated along one of the most desirable lakefront locations of Lake Como, in the heart of the famous resort town of Menaggio.
The fine Italianate house is set back from the lakeside road and from an electric gate a spacious gravel drive way leads to the welcoming front door. Inside guests can fully enjoy this enchanting lake view villa, which is perfect for families and entertaining!
A grand and beautifully furnished reception room provides the ideal place for unwinding and socialising with a comfortable sofa area perfect for relaxing in front of the SAT TV and DVD player as well as an elegant dining area ideal for hosting impressive dinner parties during your stay.
Also situated to the ground floor is a spacious fully equipped sunny kitchen perfect for preparing delicious family meals and for catering during entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob range with oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher for added convenience. A large breakfast table is ideal for informal breakfasts during your stay and French doors from the kitchen lead directly out to the sunny private garden which features a BBQ, a covered alfresco dining terrace and sun loungers to enjoy the glorious Lake Como climate.
A chef and food are available for purchase. This is offered for the first night free of charge.
The villa can fully accommodate up to 8 guests and boasts luxuriously furnished bedrooms boasting lovely garden and lake front views towards Bellagio with high ceilings, parquet flooring and finished with solid wood beds, antique pieces and luxury features to enhance each room and provide a balanced air of sumptuous and restful living.
Two beautiful double bedrooms provide the ideal escape for couples and two twin bedrooms provide additional elegant and flexible accommodation for friends and family with twin single beds to each bedroom.
The villa boasts exceptionally spacious luxury bathrooms with bath tub and power shower options available to guests as well as a washing machine for guest’s convenience during their stay.
To the front of the villa Menaggio’s picturesque tree lined promenade leads to the family friendly Lido di Menaggio with its swimming pools and beach and also to the town centre’s wide range of delightful amenities which include a wide selection of restaurants, bustling cafe lined piazzas, a selection of boutique shops and quaint cobbled streets which lead past delicatessens, parks and pretty buildings.
The surrounding Menaggio hillside is home to the Loveno nature reserve and tennis club and the world renowned Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club and activities in the area include swimming, cycling, hiking, horse riding, sailing, power boat hire, tennis, quad bike tours and wind surfing. The boat rental is directly in front of the Villa.
A great selection of restaurants and bars continue along the Tremezzina shore and Lake Lugano can be reached in just 25 minutes drive away. A frequent ferry service operates from Menaggio to the famous golden triangle resort towns and a reliable bus service runs a service the north of the lake and also south of the lake to Como city; with its cosmopolitan delights, attractions and convenient transport links to Milan and its airports.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
