Each apartment offers beautiful original features throughout including high ceilings, marble swirl pattern flooring, and large character windows and exposed wooden flooring. The self catering accommodation also benefits from a modern and luxurious touch with each apartment comprising a lake view kitchen diner, a spacious lake view master bedroom furnished to an exceptionally high standard with excellent quality beds, period furniture and storage space. Three of the four bedrooms also feature wall mounted flat screen SAT TVs and drink making facilities with a kettle and crockery provided. WIFI access can also be enjoyed on request from a rented USB device.
Each property also boasts newly fitted contemporary bathroom suites with luxurious high quality finishes and all of which offer high quality power showers, a stylish wash basin with vanity area and an elegant stark style WC and bidet. A washing machine can also be used by guests staying in the residence.
The charming old fisherman’s village of Nobiallo situated along the central western shore offers a leaning 13th century Romanesque bell tower unique to the area, a public shingle beach and a superb marina offering private boat moorings and chartered yacht hire. Keen walkers will enjoy the ascend along the ancient Antica Strada Regina which dates back to Roman times to the spiritual hillside Sanctuary of Santa Maria della Pace.
Nobiallo is ideally situated for guests who wish to explore the lake and the famous resort town of Menaggio is located just 700m away from the village so can be reached conveniently by bus, car or on foot.
A wide range of amenities are on offer in the town and include a selection of supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, boutique clothes and shoe shops, a useful tourist information centre and many charming and picturesque cafes, bars and restaurants which line the piazzas, lakeside and historical passageways and thoroughfares. For visitors the Lido offers a fun day out with swimming pools, sandy beach with sun-lounger hire, a volley ball court, a children’s play area, an onsite Pizzeria and a stunning lakefront cocktail lounge.
Menaggio is one of the three beautiful tourist resort towns which make up the famous ‘Golden Triangle’ of Lake Como and a fast and frequent car and passenger ferry conveniently operates from the town taking visitors to the other two famous ‘golden triangle’ towns of Bellagio and Varenna and to Cadenabbia which is close to Villa Carlotta. A fast ferry service also operates to the cosmopolitan lake city of Como.
A twice daily coach service also operates from Menaggio to Bergamo Airport from Summer 2010.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
