A second lake view living area with comfortable L-shaped sofa and wall mounted flat screen SAT TV with DVD player and Wi-Fi access features next to the principal living room with shallow steps leading to a fabulous open plan kitchen diner with a stunning fully fitted white modernist kitchen providing all the highest quality appliances. A central island provides a stylish breakfast table and the contemporary lake view dining area is beautifully furnished for 8 guests.
Glass doors from the kitchen diner slide out onto a covered terrace with framed view of the lake ideal for morning breakfasts and for taking tea. The lakefront location provides guests with incredible opportunities to enjoy the lake from sunbathing on the nearby public shingle beach, using the villa’s private boat house and also lake swimming from its private pontoon.
As well as the two lakefront terraces the villa also boasts a spectacular lakefront poolside sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and a modernist canopy with a superb outdoor swimming pool for guests exclusive enjoyment.
From the main living area modernist stairway leads guests to the beautiful first floor above, which boasts 4 luxury guest suites each designed in a different creative colour scheme, to an exceptionally high and modern boutique finish. One double bedroom has an en-bathroom even boast private lake view balcony. The second bedroom offers two single joinable beds with an en-suite bathroom. The third suite also has two single joinable beds which has its own private lake view balcony. The fourth bedroom with two modern sets of bunk beds is perfect for children. Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
