Enjoying a prime lakefront position along the south eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, this beautiful two storey modern villa sits in a large private garden and boasts spacious lake view accommodation!
The villa is ideal for self-catering family stays and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably with air conditioning only in the main sleeping room upstairs. All rooms are furnished to a typical Italian style with antique pieces and eclectic pieces for an intriguing and comfortable finish.
The ground floor living area is open planned with a dining area and sitting room which faces a beautiful open fireplace and benefits from French doors which lead out to the covered lake view terrace. A TV with DVD player and a music stereo are also provided for guest’s entertainment.
A separate granite topped fully fitted kitchen is situated by the dining area and provides guests with all the desired cooking appliances for a comfortable family stay including a coffee machine, gas hob and oven, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Doors also lead out to the covered lake view terrace where fabulous alfresco dining can be enjoyed at the large outdoor dining area with BBQ.
The sleeping accommodation is versatile and comfortable with 3 spacious and bright double bedrooms all furnished with king size beds, and 2 spacious and bright twin bedrooms furnished with two single beds.
The bedrooms to the top floor enjoy charming beamed ceilings and fabulous views, with one double room enjoying a private lake balcony and en-suite. Another double bedroom also enjoys a garden view balcony. One of the twin bedrooms is perfect for adults and the second is ideal for children due to the bed dimensions and child friendly furniture.
A total of 4 modern bathrooms with showers are situated in the villa as well as a washing machine for guest’s convenience.
From the roadside the villa enjoys a large wooded front garden with a sunny large back garden which extends from the covered veranda with alfresco dining area all the way down to the lakeshore.
Here guests can fully enjoy the sunny mature lawn which features beautiful borders and is furnished with some sun-loungers for daytime relaxing and sunbathing. The villa also boasts a private beach and a park outside the property perfect for younger guests to enjoy whilst also providing the perfect spot from which to enjoy lake swimming! A boat slipway is also provided for guest’s use. The breathtaking views towards the western shore of Lake Maggiore serve as the most idyllic and memorable backdrop to your holiday and make this a very special feature of this charming villa.
The villa is very close to the village of Ranco where a grocery shop, variety of restaurants and scenic walks along the promenade can be enjoyed. Ranco is also just 4km away from Angera where a wide variety of amenities are on offer as well as the famous visitor attraction of the Rocca Castle.
Activities on the Lake include hiking, cycling, swimming, wind surfing, kite surfing, sailing and visiting the Isola Bella Botanical Gardens and the picturesque resort towns of Stresa and Luino.
