Guests can enjoy relaxing in the warm and welcoming open plan living and dining area, which is generously proportioned with an inspiring high beamed ceiling and direct access out onto the fabulous private covered balcony terrace. A pair of leather sofas, TV with DVD player and complimentary WIFI access ensures guests feel fully at ease in their home-from-home.
An elegant oval dining room table to the far end of the spacious living area provides a stylish venue in which to dine and the alfresco dining which can be enjoyed from the sunny lake view terrace provides guests with the perfect dining options, whatever the occasion!
The stylish separate kitchen features a fully-equipped oasis in which to prepare and cook delicious meals during your stay, with the full range of contemporary appliances and cooking utensils provided for guests use. A breakfast table is also situated for casual unhurried breakfasts and mid-morning coffees.
The ground level of the villa leads directly out onto the beautifully kept garden which overlooks the gorgeous Menaggio hillside and out towards the unspoilt eastern shore and iconic Bellagio peninsular which frames the tranquil lake like a picturesque postcard.

The lakefront centre of Menaggio is equally located and is a pretty resort town waiting to be explored with its charming café-lined piazzas which lead to boutique shops, restaurants, delicatessens and the town’s wide selection of local amenities and idyllic waterfront. A car and passenger ferry service operates from the town and its family-friendly Lido with swimming pools and sandy beach is a popular destination for many central lake visitors during their stay on Lake Como.
Central lake activities include swimming, hiking, golf, tennis, power boat hire, wind surfing, canoeing and day trips to explore Bellagio, Varenna, Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello.
Lake Lugano with its wildlife reserves and cosmopolitan Swiss lake capital is easily accessible from the main Menaggio road which passes by the hillside villa, making the location ideal for visitors wishing to explore the fabulous central lake as well as further afield during their ever memorable Lake Como stay!
