Situated in an exclusive holiday residence which enjoys beautiful and landscaped family friendly parkland these lovely Villa Parco’s boast spacious and practical self-catering accommodation, as well as resident activities for all the family to enjoy!
Each detached modern chalet-style Villa sits on a sunny 600sqm plot with a spacious private garden, driveway with parking for up to 2 cars and a private garage. The entrance to the side leads guests into the hallway of the private 4 bedroom villa which comprises of 122sqm accommodation over two floors, and which is ideal for groups of up to 8-10.
The ground floor features a spacious and well lit open plan Living room which offers a relaxed and informal atmosphere for family and friends. The stylish and contemporary living area features two-three sofas, 2 wicker chairs and a Sat TV which offers English, German and Hungarian channels.
A modern and fully fitted pine kitchen also features in the open plan room and features a gas hob, sink, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, cooking appliances and cutlery and crockery, to ensure for a comfortable self-catering stay.
The dining area sits up to 8 guests is ideally situated with access through the French doors onto a large private terrace and garden. Outside the sunny private terrace offers ‘alfresco’ dining with parasol for 6 guests and chairs may be used to increase the seating capacity if desired.
The ground floor also features a spacious and comfortable twin guest bedroom with direct access to a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet; which can also be accessed from the hallway by another door.
A useful under stairs cupboard provides useful household equipment and provides storage space.
Stairs lead to the first floor of the villa which offers further spacious sleeping accommodation with three tastefully decorated twin bedrooms. Additional camp beds can be used to accommodate an additional 2 guests if required.
One upper floor twin bedroom provides views to the front of the villa and its garden and the third and fourth upper floor twin bedroom both provide balcony access with views over the garden and neighbouring villas. All are practically furnished with bedside tables, lamps, cupboards and curtains.
A second modern bathroom is situated on this floor and comprises of a bath tub with separate shower cable, washbasin and toilet.
Guests are able to fully enjoy the park’s wide range of facilities which includes 2 large outdoor swimming pools with sun terraces, 1 large 300sqm indoor swimming pool, a selection of fun water slides, Jacuzzi, drag pool and resident sauna facilities. Other facilities include a bowling alley, volley ball court, football pitch, tennis court, games room, 3 outdoor children’s play areas and 1 indoor children’s play area.
A large buffet restaurant also features on site and the picturesque local village of Vargesztes provides a local bar and useful grocery shop.
For guests wanting to explore the area, Vargesztes has a beautiful castle ruin to explore, which can be reached in 25 minutes by car or guests can take a pleasant cycle or walk on the beautiful routes which lead from the park to the hillside castle in around 2.5 hours.
The cultural Hungarian capital of Budapest can be reached also in just 1 hour by car and once a week the park arranges a bus to the city centre where group sightseeing tours can be enjoyed.
The Austrian capital of Vienna is also a must to see and can be reached by car from the park in just over 2 hours drive.
The park is easily accessible and is ideally situated close to the major airports of Bratislava, Budapest and Vienna.

Upon arrival to the villa all beds are prepared with linen and 1 large and 1 hand towel are provided per guest free of charge. If you require any additional cleaning during your stay this can be requested at reception for 20€.
All villas are required to be cleaned at the end of your stay, this can either be done by you or you can pay for final cleaning services which are 40€ paid locally.
If you would like to change your linen, this can be requested from reception at an additional cost of 5€ per person.

Guests are required upon arrival to pay the additional tourist tax which is approximately 410HUF (Hungarian currency) per person per night, paid locally. The tax is not applicable to guests under the age of 18 and also guests over 70 years of age.

Bikes can be rented from the reception at additional cost of 3000 HUF for adults and 1500HUF for children per day. Tennis and badminton rackets with balls/shuttlecocks can be rented for 1000HUF deposit. The bowling alley can be used with a deposit of 1000HUF .
In the villa a DVD player can be rented for 1000HUF per day and it also requires a deposit of 10000HUF. BBQ’s can be rented from reception for 1500€ per day.
From reception iron, iron board, vacuum cleaner, sand box, baby carrier, hair dryer and DVD movies can be rented with just a deposit required, please see information pack in villa for more details.
If you also wish to bring your dog there is an additional surcharge of 5€ per night, they are only allowed in the Parco Villas.

The villas can sleep up to a maximum of 10 guests. The 9th and 10th bed can be rented for €15 per person per day. Payable on arrival.
