The modern ground floor property is situated in the exclusive Vista d’Oro development in Perledo, on the Varenna hillside. The tranquillity of the surrounding hillside, the breathtaking views and the sunny aspect provide an ideal refuge for your holiday where simple relaxing can be enjoyed around the sightseeing and fun lake activities.
Internally the modern property is decorated in calm and peaceful tones to enhance the sense of escapism during your stay and a spacious open plan living room provides a lovely space to relax and entertain. A crisp white modernist sofa and armchair with TV overlook the private lake view garden and a stylish dining area can comfortably sit up to 4 guests. The large glass sliding doors allow for plenty of light to flood the room and outside the wonderful sunny private terrace garden is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area for alfresco dining.
The views from the garden are truly breathtaking and feature the romantic town of Varenna below with the medieval Castello di Vezio, the famous Bellagio peninsular and towards the striking western shore, the picturesque town of Menaggio. The beauty serves as the ideal backdrop to daytime relaxing, sunbathing and dining and guests will remember these views for years to come.
From the open plan living room guests enjoy a contemporary fully fitted kitchen ideal for preparing family meals during guests stay, with gas hob oven, dishwasher and all the desired cooking appliances and cooking utensils.
A spacious and serene master bedroom is situated to the lake view facing side and is furnished with a modern double bed and also enjoys direct access out to the private garden.

From its hillside location the Vista D’Oro residence is just a 9 minutes drive away from the lakefront resort town of Varenna. This romantic town is known as the ‘Porto Fino’ of Lake Como due to the highly romantic appeal from its pretty pastel townhouses which nestle along cobbled streets from the lakeside to the elevate historical centre above and surrounded by lush mountainside vegetation and elegant villas and their gardens. The charming harbour is a pretty location to enjoy a cappuccino, ice cream or alfresco meal and the ancient passageways are a joy to explore, leading past hidden lake vistas, beautiful restaurants, boutique shops and historical church facades and castellated turrets. The famous ‘Villa Monastero’ with its gorgeous botanical gardens is situated in the town and also hiking trails to the medieval Castello di Vezio with its frequent re-enactments, and falconry displays leads from the town.
The popular beach in Lierna is just a 15 minutes drive away from Perledo and Menaggio, just a 15 minute ferry stop away features a modern family-friendly Lido. Sailing can also be enjoyed in nearby Bellano.
