Situated on the first floor of the residence the apartment offers incredible panoramic lake views and spacious living accommodation.
On entering this apartment guests are welcomed into a wonderfully lit open plan living area which provides guests with a contemporary fully-fitted Kitchen, a stylish dining area and a very comfortable living area with a wide flat screen TV, WIFI Internet access and even boasting stunning lake views from the sofa!
From the living area two French doors open out onto a sunny balcony which offers guests with one of the most dramatic Lake views over Lake Como with direct and panoramic views of the famous ‘Golden Triangle’ towns of Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio.
Guests can sit at the breakfast table with a morning coffee or glass of chilled wine in the evenings, and marvel at the inspiring and seductive natural beauty of Lake Como.
The sleeping accommodation is equally contemporary, luxurious and comfortable with 2 Bedrooms and the possibility of accommodating an additional 2 guests in the Living area on the Double Sofa Bed.
The calm and tastefully decorated Master Bedroom provides an un-frenzied and welcome atmosphere, providing a wonderful place to sleep and featuring stylish furnishings which include a Double Bed and bedside tables.
The well-lit second Bedroom provides a set of single beds (the second bed pulls out from the bottom).
This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably, without compromising on comfort.
There is a modern and newly fitted Bathroom also, offering a Shower cubicle, all the desired sanitary-ware as well as a Washing Machine.
Outside the property in the Residence guests can fully enjoy the panoramic Lake view Swimming Pool and sun bathing terrace, as well as other Residence features which include Off-street parking. Please be aware that the use of a car by guests is highly recommended due to the hillside location of the Residence.

Guests can easily reach Varenna by car. The early Victorian part of Varenna provides visitors with quaint and romantic lake view Cafes, many fine Villas and the famous and historical Castello di Vezio, which is situated on the Varenna hillside and which features frequent Falconry displays and medieval re-enactments during the Summer-Autumn time.
A picturesque lakeside promenade takes guests along to the romantic medieval part of Varenna, which features medieval passageways, cobbled Piazzas and ancient Churches. There are many delightful restaurants and wine bars to enjoy as well as boutique craft shops to visit.
Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi are also easily accessible by foot from the old town and are very fascinating and historical places to visit, on the eastern shore of Lake Como.
The Car and Passenger Ferry as well as the Train service also operates from Varenna and Fiumelatte, providing guests with an enjoyable and care-free way of exploring Bellagio, Menaggio, other pretty Lake Como towns and also Milan.
