A stunning modernist retreat with panoramic lake views!
Situated in a prominent lake view position at the front of the exclusive Vista d’Oro hillside residence this modern property boasts panoramic views, close proximity to Varenna and luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests!
Guests are greeted by a very bright and welcoming spacious open plan living room which has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and features a pair of white leather modernist sofas, a coffee table and a working fireplace to create a lovely ambience for you and your guests in the colder seasons.
A large flat screen TV equipped with DVD player and Skybox receiver provides entertainment and guests can fully admire the stunning lake view through the wide sliding glass doors to the living and dining area.
The open plan layout also features a modernist high gloss kitchen which provides all the necessary appliances for a comfortable self-catering stay. The ground floor property provides two dining areas, one indoor one to the living area and a second alfresco dining area in the sunny lake view garden. The private garden features contemporary landscaping, a sunny terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers and unspoilt views over Varenna, Bellagio and towards Menaggio on the western shore. These spectacular views will surely inspire your guests and leave a lasting impression of this beautiful lake for years to come!
The sleeping accommodation is very comfortable with bright rooms and furnished with modernist furniture. The master double bedroom also boasts direct access out into the sunny lake view garden. A second bedroom with two single beds provides additional flexible accommodation for either a couple or two travelling companions. There are two comfortable sofas that easily convert into single beds for additional sleeping.
A newly fitted contemporary bathroom with power shower and sauna also features in the beautiful accommodation.
The Vista D’Oro residence offers resident parking and a splendid resident swimming pool which is well situated on the hillside to make the very most of the sunshine and breathtaking lake views.

From the residence, guests can easily reach the centre of Varenna by car in approximately 7 minutes from Perledo, and are also able to find local amenities such as supermarkets, banks and restaurants in nearby Bellano.
Varenna is arguably one of the most romantic of all Lake Como towns and is often referred to as the Portofino of the lake due to its very pretty lakefront and medieval quarter which features ancient pastel coloured town houses, charming cobbled streets, tree lined piazzas, lake view cafes and restaurants, boutique gift shops and authentic wine bars.
The romantic little harbour side and ancient Castello di Vezio provide a timeless appeal for visitors and guests can also visit the botanical gardens at the famous Villa Monastero which is situated just outside of Varenna.
Transport links are excellent from the town with access to the super highway which leads to Lecco, a frequent train service to Lecco-Milan and a car and passenger ferry service to Bellagio, Cadenabbia and Menaggio.
Skiing in the area is bountiful with resorts such as Madesimo 1.15 hours to the north and the local ski resorts of Piani di Bobbio & Pien della Betulla are only 40 - 50 minutes away. And for an exciting day trip any time of year, the international jet-set resort of St. Moritz is only 1.5 hours by car.
PLEASE NOTE: The main car park is 100m away, however there is a road at the back of the complex (leading up to Perledo), where you are able to access the front door of the property to unload & load and if you wish, you can also park the car along this upper road. The garage is below the property and is accesses by outside stairs. | |

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
