Outside the property, as well as having the resident parking facility, guests can also enjoy their own sunny lake view Garden and are well located in the centre of the local village of Loveno, which enjoys a sunny and elevated Lake view position and which offers a truly enchanting atmosphere with pretty narrow medieval streets, romantic rustic townhouses and well kept Villas residing side by side in a timeless and romantic manner.
Loveno also offers a very pretty Church, a friendly Bar, very good local Restaurant, a children’s Park, a Sports centre, Tennis Courts where tennis lessons can be arranged and a Nature reserve where bike rides, walks and picnics can be enjoyed.
The property is ideally situated for golf enthusiasts with Italy’s oldest Golf Club, the Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club being situated just a 10 minutes drive away.
The centre of Menaggio can be reached easily by foot in 20 minutes, by taking the picturesque route alongside the Menaggio castle, or can be reached conveniently by car in just 10 minutes.
