The newly restored and modernised property is arranged two floors and offers spacious and light lake view accommodation with contemporary slate flooring throughout, with the first floor entrance providing a wonderful living room with contemporary lounge seats and two well positioned sofas. A wall mounted flat screen TV with Sat & DVD player, provides entertainment and modern sliding glass doors enhance the room with incredible panoramic 180 degree lake views. The decked terrace area outside is the perfect sunny place to relax, with wicker sun loungers providing the ideal seating to enjoy a glass of wine in one hand and book in the other, and to also simply take in the benefits from airconditioning.
Stone steps lead guests down to the ground floor of the rustico which is also very bright and spacious and provides a wonderful open plan kitchen/diner featuring a newly fitted contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar, wall mounted Sat TV and a very stylish lake view dining area which can accommodate up to 8 guests if desired. A sofa is also situated in the dining area.
Glass doors also make the most of the views and a sunny paved terrace can be enjoyed by guests on this floor also.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, with a stylish master bedroom and two sofa beds located to the Living area. The master bedroom provides guests with a beautiful double bed, a stylish fitted wardrobe and a wall mounted flat screen Sat TV.
The bathroom is equally luxurious and contemporary in design and features slate tiling, a bath tub with overhead shower and glass screen and a Philip Stark toilet and sink. A washing machine can also be used by guests.
Outside the residence guests are ideally located just 2km south of Dongo; a lakeside town which offers all the desired local amenities as well as a boat rental and a ferry service. The property is also situated 4km north of Cremia which offers some very good restaurants and water sport facilities.
The very pretty resort town of Menaggio is situated just 10km south of Pianello del Lario and offers a bustling Piazza, a wide choice of cafés & restaurants, a Lido with beach and two swimming pools, a beautiful Promenade and many local and specialist boutique shops.
Visitors can also take the passenger and car ferry to Varenna, Bellagio, Tremezzo and Como city. A frequent bus service also operates taking visitors to the many lakeside towns and villages as well as to Lake Lugano in just 25 minutes!

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
