The indoors dining area can sit up to 4 comfortably and double glass doors slide out onto a sunny private terrace and garden ideal for alfresco dining! The splendid terrace views feature the surrounding charming hillside and the breathtaking mountains and Lake Como; providing the perfect back-drop to your stay!
The sleeping accommodation is stylish and contemporary with a bright and well proportioned Master bedroom with a romantic and modern four-poster style bed dressed with night curtains, bedside tables and lamps and enjoying access through glass doors to the outside.
Additional sleeping arrangements for two more guests can be made on the comfortable sofa bed to the living area.
The property boasts a contemporary floor-to-ceiling slate bathroom fitted to the highest standard with a free standing power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet.
Pianello del Lario is a charming village built over the beautiful hillside and extending to a pretty lakefront with a selection of amenities, a regular Lake bus service and public beach.
Nearby Cremia provides fantastic local Pizzerias ideal for families, a beach, lakefront bar, a kite-surfing school and boat mooring facilities.
The famous resort town of Menaggio is just a 15 minute’s drive away and boasts pretty cafe-lined piazzas, a wide choice of family-friendly and fine dining establishments, lake view bars and boutique designer shops and delicatessens. Supermarkets, banks, park and a car and passenger Ferry service also feature a fabulous Lido with swimming pools, sandy beach and cocktail lounge bar can also be enjoyed.
Local activities include tennis, swimming, golf, hiking, cycling, quad biking, kite surfing, sailing and horse riding. Nearby attractions include Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello and the resort towns of Bellagio and Varenna can be conveniently reached by ferry from Menaggio.

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
