The modern property is spacious and bright with high quality furnishings and a warm welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests to relax and entertain in. The lovely open plan living area features a fully fitted kitchen with dining area and a very comfortable sitting area with sofa, boasting incredible lake views towards the unspoilt eastern shore. The glass doors slide out onto a spectacular sunny terrace which is large enough to sun-bathe on and also enjoy alfresco dinner parties in the evenings, as the sun sets over the dramatic mountain peaks.
Guests can also enjoy the large resident swimming pool which is also situated in a fantastic sunny and sheltered lake view position within the gardens, with an outdoors shower and poolside terrace.
The sleeping accommodation is flexible and ideal for both couples and groups of up to 4. To the principal master bedroom is a modern double bed with direct lake views and access to the terrace. To the living room is a double sofa bed which can be utilised to comfortably accommodate additional guests.
A newly fitted high quality bathroom also features in the property, providing all the desired sanitary-ware including a washing machine.
The unspoilt village of Vercana with two ancient churches enjoys a pleasant and sheltered Mediterranean climate during the warmer months and offers a local grocery shop, a panoramic lake view Pizzeria and bakery and guests are conveniently just a short drive away from more a wider choice of amenities, with the charming village of Domaso taking just 3minutes and the northern resort town of Gravedona just 9 minutes by car.
Domaso offers guests a choice of local shops, restaurants and cafes and is a very scenic spot to enjoy a peaceful stroll along the pretty tree lined promenade or a good book on the sandy beach. A ferry and bus service operates from the town and a boat rental can be enjoyed in nearby Dongo.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
