In the lovely thriving centre, a great range of shops and restaurants can be enjoyed, alongside a frequent car passenger ferry service to the western shore hotspots of Verbania (for fine dining and historical sites), Intra (for reaching the Stresa Borromean Island boat tours) and Pallanza (for the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto).
All stops take around just 20 minutes to reach by ferry.
