Fully-equipped with an eye-level oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and fridge freezer, the Kitchen enables guests to dine away with ease. A charming dining table also complements the Living space. Outside, the sunny terrace features an alfresco dining area.

Each of the two modern bedrooms boast a boutique-style open En-suite and are styled in a restful, contemporary finish. The Master Double bedroom enjoys a full bath tub and overhead shower, whilst the 2nd bedroom enjoys a sleek walk-in shower. One main family WC and private laundry facilities are also provided.

From the chalet’s peaceful location, guests are within easy reach of walking routes and are a 10 minutes’ stroll away from the family-friendly Accro Park and climbing wall of Lac des Gaillands.

Situated along the quiet secondary road of ‘Impasse de la Pchotte’, guests have a number of walking routes on the doorstep and are placed just 10 minutes’ walk from the Accro Adventure Park and the Lac des Gaillands climbing wall. Families are also well placed for reaching central Chamonix, 7 minutes’ drive away.

From the chalet, the Easybus service and bus connections to Geneva city and the Italian ski resort of Courmayeur are all within 10-15 minutes’ drive/ bus ride away.

For those who enjoy self-catering, Chamonix boasts a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.

In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.
