Internally, the accessible ground floor apartment enjoys a compact yet perfectly formed layout. Equipped with free WIFI and toasty underfloor heating, it provides the perfect home-from-home feel. The ambient open plan room offers a welcoming space in which to unwind, cook and dine-in.

A modern sofa with a flat screen TV is accompanied by a charming dining area for 3 and a well-equipped Kitchen. Indeed, guests have everything they need to enjoy unhurried breakfasts, relaxed alfresco lunches and romantic evening meals; with an induction hob, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and fridge provided.

The lovely cosy room leads through an open doorway to the principal sleeping room for 2. Overlooking the garden and featuring a modern En-suite shower room and Twin Joinable beds that can be joined to form a Double, the bedroom provides a wonderful, restful room in which or couple or 2 friends can enjoy a good night’s sleep.

For extra versatility, a third adult or 2 children can be accommodated to the Single sofa bed in the Living room.

Outside, the charming retreat offers a lovely sunny decked terrace overlooking Mont Blanc. Surrounded by the owner’s private garden, guests can enjoy taking in a naturally-beautiful tranquil setting, with a moment’s relaxation on the sun lounger or with glass of wine and alfresco meal to the dining area for 2-3.

A private parking space features with the holiday home. For that extra dose of hospitality, the friendly homeowners are also the neighbours, so they are happy to help you during your stay if you require any assistance.

From the chalet’s location, a host of hiking routes are on the doorstep. Chamonix town centre is a 10 minutes’ stroll away, whilst the local Ski shuttle bus stop, train station and the Accro Park and climbing wall at Lac des Gaillands are all 1-3 minutes’ drive away.

The road just above the residence offers a pleasant route into Chamonix town centre, just 10 minutes away. A local Ski shuttle bus stop and train station just 1-3 minutes away provide an accessible way to explore, whilst those looking to enjoy the surrounding area on foot have many local hiking routes also on the doorstep.

For those who enjoy self-catering, Chamonix boasts a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.
