The apartment is located in a very peaceful zone of Nice. It has a supermarket and restaurants at convenient distances — within a 250-metre radius. The pebbly Plage Du Forum, a modern beach with themed areas, and the highly popular Promenade Du Anglais are at just 650 metres.
Nice's mild, Mediterranean climate is best enjoyed on its famous “Zone Pietonne”, a pedestrian walkaway parallel to the beachside Promenade. The apartment is also a walking distance of Old Nice (25 minutes) and its Opéra de Nice. Close to it is the Place Rossetti with the sculptural fountain and the must-visit cathedral Sainte Réparate.
Russian Orthodox Cathedral (900 metres) in Nice is one of the largest in eastern Europe. Additionally, the museums dedicated to Henri Matisse (3.7 kilometres) and the Beaux-Arts (900 metres) will allow the guests to soak in a taste of what inspired many great artists to stay in Nice and produce some of their greatest works. Day trips to Villefranche Sur Mer, Saint-Tropez, and Monaco are highly recommended and can be easily taken from this well-connected holiday destination.
