This was an wonderful apartment in a perfect location. In the heart of Varenna so everything was a close walk. We loved the town and used it as a base for visiting the area and loved staying here. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
This apartment was beautiful. Right in the great town of Varenna, close to everything, but not so close as to be noisy and congested. Everything was as described/shown, with the exception of the main photo for the listing, which shows the view from a communal terraced patio, which is shared by all apartments. There was never anyone else on the patio during our stay, so it was accessible whenever we wanted, but just good to know. The apartment was spacious, clean, and a great base from which to explore all of Lake Como. We had a blast and will definitely consider staying here again on future travels to Como.
This is a great apartment. I was a little worried, as it was the last place left in Varenna on AirB&B, but as it turned out, we couldn't be happier.
The location is perfect, just off the main square of town and right above Bar Molo, probably the best cafe overlooking the lake.
The apartment itself is large and clean, with everything supplied - more like a serviced apartment than a normal AirB&B. No WiFi, which is a pity, but there is free WiFi at the cafe below. It's an easy and well- explained process to get the key.
I really can't recommend highly enough - a great apartment in a beautiful location.
The property was great! The center of everything but also impressively quiet.
The most helpful feedback I can leave you is to mark the correct location of the unit on the website map. It was easy to find with your included directions but the map people use to decide if they want to rent is incorrect and actually shows a poor location. Also I would include photos of the views from the Windows.
