The inviting living space also enjoys direct terrace access, for that perfect summertime feel.

A spacious double master bedroom is accompanied by a 2nd bedroom furnished with a single bed and pull-out single for 2. Accompanying the flexible sleeping accommodation is a modern fitted family bathroom and private laundry facilities. Outside, the sunny terrace is complemented by a private alfresco dining set.

A private parking space is provided (please note that there is flight of up to 50 steps from the parking area to the apartment). Due to its quiet location in Taino, it is recommended that guests bring a car.
From its peaceful location, the beautiful Lake Maggiore shoreline is just 8 minutes’ drive away.

The holiday home is located along ‘via Antonio Sist’, 2 minutes’ drive from the eateries and amenities of Taino, and 9 minutes’ drive from Sesto Calende. Those looking to enjoy a picturesque time by the beautiful lakeshore of Lake Maggiore are not far away either (8 minutes’ away by car).

The hillside village of Taino is also well placed for reaching Angera, Rocca di Angera castle, Ranco, Ispra and the romantic Gulf of Quassa Park (also within an 8-minute drive away).
Further afield, the UNESCO world heritage site of Santa Caterina del Sasso is 22 minutes’ drive away, whilst the resort town of Laveno-Mombello is 25 minutes’ drive away. Frequent ferry links from Laveno also provide easy access to the western shore town of Intra (perfect for reaching Verbania (for for fine dining and historical sites), Stresa (for boat trips to the Borromean Islands) and Pallanza (for the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto).

Lake Maggiore is a very family-friendly destination; with safari and wildlife Parks, the Lake Maggiore Adventure Park and the Ondaland high-tech water park to enjoy, alongside wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf and Italian Alp Skiing. Lago di Varese, Lago di Monate and Lake Lugano are also within easy driving distance. The closest airport is Milan Malpensa, 32 minutes’ drive away.
