Inside, the 3-bedroom retreat offers an ambient chalet-style layout, perfect for laid-back moments together. A spacious informal open plan sitting room enjoys a stylish sitting area with a modern sofa suite, a contemporary rocker, rustic fireplace and all the must-have mod cons, including a flat screen TV, games console, music stereo and free WiFi.
Adjoining the sitting area is an ambient dining area, with relaxed bench seating and an open plan fitted Kitchen.
Off from the Living room, a sunny alfresco balcony sets the scene for romantic BBQs and day-night entertaining.

Upstairs, the modern chalet continues to delight; with 3 principal bedrooms for 8. Two double bedrooms (one with balcony access) feature alongside a flexible family bedroom with a set of bunk beds, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 Single beds. A gorgeous shared bathroom suite with Jacuzzi tub and shower offers every excuse to revitalize and replenish the senses, after a day on the slopes.

For added flexibility, the chalet boasts a ground floor Studio space for 2 additional guests; with a double bedroom featuring alongside a small Kitchenette and shower room. This added flexibility enables up to 10 to comfortably stay. A laundry room and ski storage facility can be found to the basement level, whilst outside a lovely sunny private garden invites guests to play, as well as take in the breath-taking Alpine scenery.

Outside, a half-covered parking area for 2-3 cars is provided.

Situated along ‘Route de Lausenaz’ in Taconnaz, Les Houches, guests are located within a 7-minute drive from the centre of Les Houches, the ESF Ski school, the Lac des Chavants fishing lake and the Mont Blanc Equestrian centre.

The charming well-serviced resort offers everything guests need for a fun and carefree stay; with a selection of restaurants, the local Tourist Information centre and a ‘SUPER U’ supermarket all within 4 minutes’ drive away. Just 8 minutes’ drive away, famous Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter pursuits, as well as a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to take advantage of. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. The tree-top climbing Accro Adventure Park and rock-climbing crag in Lac des Gaillands are both just 7 minutes’ drive away; enabling families and avid outdoor fans to enjoy some more adrenaline-fuelled moments during their stay.

From the charming holiday retreat, Geneva Airport is just 68 minutes’ drive away, via the A40.
