The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 6-storey building and can be accessed through a lift. It is suitable for guests of all age groups. It has a balcony with a dining setup and a garage for parking. The living room is divided into a sitting cum sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a TV, a dining area and an open kitchenette. This kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Although the house is located in the main town area, guests are never too far from the mountains, nature and solitude. It is strategically located close to restaurants, shops, ski lifts, town center and train station. There is also a tennis club (1.90 kilometers) and a golf course (4.30 kilometers) at a convenient distance. For those who love adventure and winter sports, there are plenty of sports and ski rental shops in the vicinity.
Chamonix is a winter destination of international fame. Apart from being a fantastic place to enjoy skiing and snowboarding for all levels of difficulty even if you are traveling with family, other places of interest include L’Aiguille du Midi that can be reached by cable cars and elevators, Mont Blanc summit to feel at the top of the world, the picturesque village of Argentiere and more. As a destination attracting international tourists, Chamonix is quite developed and has plenty of dining and shopping options. In the summer, guests can enjoy nature trails that abound the region offering spectacular views.
