Outside, the sunny panoramic lake view terrace provides a scenic setting for relaxed alfresco dining. A small gate next to the terrace leads through to the terrace of the adjoining retreat, known as ‘Apartment Luna’.
A couple of sun loungers, a shared garden and outdoor pool (open from 1st June – 15th September) provides a wonderful excuse to soak up some classic holiday downtime. The modern small-scale residence also features a private on-site parking space.

From its quiet hillside location along ‘Via Ghevio – Dagente’, the scenic lakeside of Meina is 7 minutes’ drive away. The centre of Meina is extremely attractive; with pastel coloured townhouses, charming local shops, cafes, a passenger ferry stop, pretty tree-lined piazzas and breath-taking mountain- lake scenery to enjoy.
From its strategic location along the western shore, guests can reach the popular resort town of Arona in 9 minutes by car, and Stresa in 22 minutes by car (for the food markets, Jazz festivals and Borromean Island boat trips). The town of Angera (home to Rocca di Angera castle and a lovely lake beach) is within 32 minutes’ drive away.
Lake Maggiore is also very family-friendly; with Safari and Wildlife Parks, the Lake Maggiore Adventure Park and the Ondaland high-tech water park to enjoy and wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf and Italian Alp Skiing to take up.
Perfect for exploring the wider lake region too, Lago di Varese, Lago di Comabbio, Lake Como and Lake Lugano are all within easy driving distance.
