To the inviting ground floor, a scenic sitting room is accompanied by an ambient living room with ample seating, a flat screen TV and romantic beamed ceiling with fireplace, alongside an adjoining separate dining space for 10. The chic, ambient ground floor continues through to a separate contemporary-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, a home office and 1 double en-suite bedroom.
Upstairs, the bright and spacious 1st floor offers 2 balcony bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms (and configured as 1 double bedroom and one with twin joinable beds).
To the chalet’s lower ground floor, 3 en-suite bedrooms are provided (1 double, the 2nd with 2 single beds and the third with bunk beds and 1 single bed). Accompanying the flexible sleeping arrangement on the lower ground floor, guests will also find a cosy home cinema, an empty wine cellar for guest’s use and a games room, with pool table and bar. A sauna is also provided within the accommodation. Please kindly note that the outdoor pool is out of use and is not included in the rental.
Outside, the 1st floor balconies of the chalet are complemented by a pleasant ground floor alfresco dining terrace, with BBQ and 4 sun loungers on hand to make the most of the sunny, private garden. A double garage for 2 cars is also provided, alongside a ski boot heater and storage area.

The 3-storey chalet enjoys an exclusive holiday location within the Chamonix valley. Situated along ‘Route des Gaudenays’, guests are 3-4 minutes’ drive away from Chamonix golf club, the paintball centre and the La Flégère cable car, whilst being 7-8 minutes’ drive from the QC Terme Spa and resort buzz of central Chamonix. The local amenities of Les Bois include a train station (Les Praz-de-Chamonix) and a selection of eateries. Just 10 minutes’ drive away, the popular resort village of Argentière offers proximity to the ski slopes of Les Grands Montets (a vast, varied area of slopes and extensive powder fields for all abilities and off-piste enthusiasts).
The breath-taking scenery and fantastic range of outdoor leisure pursuits make the Chamonix valley a fantastic year-round destination. The most popular activities being mountain walking, skiing, snowboarding, paragliding, horse riding, rock climbing, golf, fishing and extreme outdoor sports.
