The lovely holiday home is divided into two levels. Its terrace area with loungers is just the ideal spot to soak up in the sun and relax in complete privacy. The modern living room on the ground floor has a sleek and neat design for a pleasant stay and opens into the terrace. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a round glass-top dining table and an open kitchen. The beautiful contemporary-style kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a toaster and a fridge. There is also a second terrace at the back of the house.
The residential complex, in which the townhouse is located, offers a variety of amenities for guest amusement, such as two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, gym and mini club within the premises. However, due to the present COVID-19 situation, access to these amenities is restricted. They will be open to guests as soon as it is safe. Guests can opt for breakfast facility charged at €9 per person.

The thoughtfully done modern holiday home offers access to 13,000 square meters of landscaped area in a Mediterranean forest. It is located within a grand residential complex (total area of 23,000 square meters) very close to the Puerto de Cabopino with its fantastic beaches, in a protected dune space.
Cabopino begins from Senda del Litoral, a fantastic coastal path best explored on foot or bicycle. Dunas de Artola, one of the most highly valued natural spaces in the region, is also within easy access of the residential complex. It is especially known for offering amazing hiking opportunities. There is a range of activities within convenient distance of the complex such as golf courses and water sports facilities. Some of the most well-known beaches of Marbella- Cabopino, Artola, La Fontanilla, Venus, San Pedro de Alcántara and the famed Puerto Banús- is a short drive from here. For those who love art, culture and history, and not to mention good Spanish food, old Marbella town is worth visiting. The Spanish town of Fuengirola is a tourist hotspot known for its sandy beaches, Moorish castle and home to concerts, festivals and the medieval market is hardly 18 minutes’ drive from the house. The nearest airport is Málaga Airport which is about 30 kilometers away.
