Very good pre-travel preparation, prompt answer to emails, easy to find based on directions etc.
The house is in a good condition, so was our apartment.
Pool, nice, could have been 3-5 degrees warmer, but kids enjoyed it.
My wife / I particularly liked the balcony / view. We had a number of v nice mornings / evenings here.
We already recommended the property to friends and we’d definitely consider it again when staying in the area again.
We had a fantastic time in Italy, the residence Eden Gardenia 12, was really easy to find!
The residence was spotlessly clean and quite roomy, we are a family of 5, 3 of which are teenagers and although 2 of the 3 bedrooms were in loft space they accommodated us adequately.
The view from the spacious balcony was outstanding! Stunning scenery which we never tired off!
The pool was a life saver because of the heat and we used it and sun loungers every day.
We ate a couple of times in La Piazzetta in the main square, this was ok if you like pizza's, and my husband had the rooster which was exquisite! The Gelato di Zoe was a favourite with us all and very conveniently located by the fountain in the main square.
We took the ferry to Bellagio and Menaggio, this was a fun day out, although very hot waiting for the ferry back as very busy in Bellagio! A very pretty village with lots of touristy shops. We also went to Como, a lovely town with lots of shops! The Duomo is quite impressive for such a small town! We also went to fox town, not very impressed as very expensive retail outlet! Took a trip around Lake Lugano and had snacks at perlezza, very pretty little village at the head of the lake!
I would use again as overall I was very happy with the property and service provided!
