Situated along ‘Place du Prarion’, guests are placed 1 minutes’ walk from the Le Prarion cable car and within a 1-5 minutes’ walk from the amenities of Les Houches (which include a train station, horse riding centre, tennis club, ski school, shops and eateries). Located 6 minutes’ walk away, the popular beauty spot of Lac des Chavants offers an ideal spot for fishing.

Within a 13 minutes’ drive away, Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter activities, alongside a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and bars are also on hand to whet the appetite.
