Located within an authentic 3-storey villa residence, the split-level holiday home is accompanied by a lovely private garden with alfresco dining set. The owner lives in an apartment on the villa’s ground floor.
Public parking can be found just outside the villa (approximately 20 metres away). Guests are asked to note that due to the strategic main road location of the residence, some traffic noise is to be expected. Guests are placed within a 1-4 minutes’ walk of local restaurants, the local sailing club and the amenities of pretty Meina. Its strategic location on Lake Maggiore places guests just a short drive away from Arona, Stresa and Angera.

The holiday home is conveniently placed along the main road, ‘via Sempione’, placing guests within easy walking distance of the picturesque lakeside, a lovely range of authentic local restaurants, the local sailing club and the well-serviced centre of Meina (1-4 minutes’ walk away).
The centre of Meina is extremely attractive; with pastel coloured townhouses, charming local shops, cafes, a passenger ferry stop, pretty tree-lined piazzas and breath-taking mountain-lake scenery to enjoy. From its strategic location along the western shore, guests can reach the popular resort town of Arona by car in 6 minutes and popular Stresa in just 17 minutes by car (for its food markets, Jazz festivals and Borromean Island boat trips). The town of Angera (home to Rocca di Angera castle and a lovely lake beach) is within 28 minutes’ drive away.
Lake Maggiore is also very family-friendly; with Safari and Wildlife Parks, the Lake Maggiore Adventure Park and the Ondaland high-tech water park to enjoy and wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf and Italian Alp Skiing to enjoy.
Perfect for exploring the wider lake region too, Lago di Varese, Lago di Comabbio, Lake Como and Lake Lugano are all within easy driving distance (under 69 minutes’ drive away). The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa (40 minutes’ drive away).
